Movie maker!
So in last week's session we were split into groups and given a topic, ours was the people, and we had to go out with a video camera and get videos of people around the uni. It was a thursday afternoon which is always quiet in uni so there weren't many people around to video. Most clips we had were of the people in our class. We were also very privileged to have permission off Pam to have a sneaky clip of her, in which she says 'I look like a monkey!' which was quite funny. We also went up into halls to get a few clips of people there just chilling in their rooms etc. So now we're putting the clips together to make a short video to present to the class! Hope ya'll enjoooooyyyyyy!

Placement
Hi all, hope you had a nice Christmas and New years!
So I went to a place called Play right on placement based in Llansamlet, and it was a scrap store, which was pretty awesome! The stuff they had were unreal! And then they run two children's clubs, one in North Penlan and one in the South. And two other evening they have a Play bus, out of this world, which goes out into the community and the children come and play on the bus which is all kitted out, and play with outdoor things that are brought to them.
Due to bad weather, I didn't actually see any kids on the Thursday and Friday when we went out on the bus, and barely any kids in Penlan. So all in all I didn't really see many kids which was quite rubbish, but I enjoyed never the less!! Met some really cool people and enjoyed working in the scrap store.
So that's it, back to uni. Loads of work to start think about doing which I'm going to make a start on in research week I think.
